Physiological Response of Soybean Plants to Seed Coating and Inoculation under Pot Experiment Conditions

چکیده
Improved seeds are increasingly being sown in agricultural practice. Such treatments play different roles depending on the substances used. They most often protect and sprouts from abiotic biotic stresses, but not only. Coating technology is one of methods seed improvement, requiring selection appropriate components. The purpose pot experiment was to test efficacy two coatings (C D) a commercial inoculant (B) applied soybean (cultivar Mavka). It shown that best option combined use coating inoculation + B or D B). A significantly higher number germinated seeds, nodulation, green fodder mass, protein content, some physiological parameters plants were obtained compared control (A). Applying only tested resulted lack nodulation roots slight changes plant parameters. Sowing with (A) accelerated emergence reduced properly formed coated seeds. results confirmed effective, combination inoculation.

Soybean Response to Drought and Seed Inoculation
Drought is one of the most important factors that limits N fixation, growth and yield of soybean. 2 The aim of this study was to determine the effects of water stress, starter N application and seed inoculation on yield and yield components of soybean (cv. Williams). The experiment was conducted in 2010 at the Islamshahr town that located in 12 km of South-west of Tehran, the capital of Iran. T...
متن کاملPhysiological Response of Quinoa to Nitrogen Application under Salinity Conditions
Salinity stress is one of the major abiotic stresses which injures plants by limited water absorption and nutrient imbalance and limits crop growth. In order to study the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on physiological traits of quinoa at high salt concentrations, a greenhouse experiment was conducted in a factorial arrangement based on a randomized complete block with three replications in 2019...

To study the effects of both drought stress and seed zinc and iron concentrations on the photosynthesis, chlorophyll fluorescence, and proline and carbohydrate accumulations in soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr. cv. M9) leaf, a split plot experiment was carried out in 2012 based on a randomized complete block design with three replications in greenhouse conditions at Yasouj University. Drought str...

Physiological Responses of Soybean - Inoculation of Bradyrhizobium japonicum with PGPR in Saline Soil Conditions
Soil salinity is one of the most severe factors limiting nodulation, yield and physiological response in soybean. The possible role of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) in restricting mineral nutrients and thus alleviating soil salinity stress during plant growth has not yet been established. In this study, the beneficial effects of inoculation with salt-stressed PGPR strains were inv...
